Each run of BABOK Requirements, Business Concepts, Use Case, or Process Mapping counts as one analysis. Meeting prep is unlimited on every paid plan. On Free, meeting prep is capped at 3 per month.
Meeting Prep uses AI to generate a workshop agenda tailored to your project's current state — open questions, unresolved conflicts, coverage gaps in stakeholder input, and follow-up action items. You get a priority-ordered list of what to cover, who should attend, and what evidence supports each item.
When Elicivia extracts requirements from a workshop transcript, it also proposes traceability links between requirements, use cases, process steps, business processes, and business capabilities. These proposals land in a Check Inbox where your Business Analyst approves, rejects, or refines each one before it enters the traceability graph. Nothing is auto-added.
No. Only members who create analyses count as paid seats — Business Analysts and BA Leads. PMs, POs, architects, and any custom non-seat roles you define are free. Stakeholders don't need accounts at all; they participate through magic links.
Yes. Elicivia exports approved requirements as Jira Cloud-compatible CSV files with full hierarchy (Epic → Story/Task), preserved traceability references, and source attribution embedded in each ticket description. Available on all paid plans.
A project is bounded work with a defined end (e.g. "migrate to new DMS"). A product is continuous work with ongoing Discovery Epics (e.g. "our SaaS platform"). Both support the same analysis, traceability, and stakeholder approval workflows.
No. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required to begin. Add a card during the trial to keep your subscription active when it ends — otherwise the account drops back to Free.
On paid plans, extra analyses are €1.85 each and are billed at the end of your monthly period; meeting prep stays unlimited. On Free, additional analyses and meeting preps are blocked until the next monthly reset.
Yes. Change your plan or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Upgrades start a fresh billing period immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Application and database run in EU regions. Meeting audio is never stored at rest — it is transiently processed for transcription then deleted with retry and logging. Transcripts and derived analyses are stored in EU Postgres. Full details on the security page.
Yes — your current price is locked for 12 months from sign-up. When we update pricing for new customers, your rate stays the same for the whole first year.
